5.- Guide for the promotion and implementation of QC in AUs
The Guide for the Promotion of the Quality Culture in Arab Universities will provide a unique opportunity to the partners to collect all the lessons-learned from the project. The guide is designed to be a pratical tool for Arab Universities which are looking for a extensive methodology on how to implement a quality culture in Higher Education Institutions.
The content guide will comprise:
- The situation of Quality Assurance in Arab and European countries
- The institutional Assessment Model adapted to the reality and context of EAUs
- The assessment of Unversity services following the EFQM Excellence Model
- Recommendation for the implementation of a substainable Quality Assurance Culture in EAUs
- The Quality Strategic Plan and Procedure Manual
- Annexes: 1) useful links, 2) glossary, 3) material provided during the workshops
