4.- Strategic Planning
Development and Implementation of a Strategic Planning will contribute to target development implementation in the long-term and benefit the overall improvement of the institution. The long term strategic planning will ensure the maintenance of Q-Units within partners institutions. The following issues will be analysed in details:
- How to analysis the outcomes of institutional self assessment from the point of view of the identification of quality factors and their relationship.
- How to translate the results of the self assessment into a baseline, expected state and the identification of tentative strategies.
- Analyse the results of the self-assessment exercices and performed SWOT analysis.
- Scenario planning analysis for Q-Units.
- Analysis of the content of quality manual and quality procedure manual.
The activities foresing are as follow:
- Workshop: How to develop a strategic plan for assurance and implementation of a quality culture within HEIs
